Pick the blue one, and the photo stays green. Shoppers either buy the wrong thing or lose confidence and leave — and on a colour-led catalogue it undermines the whole product page.

Questions people ask first
Some variants do not have their own image.
That is common, and the fix has to handle it. We fall back to the product's featured image rather than showing a blank slot, so the gallery never breaks.
