Mobile responsive fix
More than two thirds of Shopify traffic is mobile, and most theme customizations break there first. Tell us which templates look wrong and on which devices, and we will fix the layout without disturbing desktop.
What’s included
- Reproduce the fault at the breakpoints and devices you name
- Fix the layout without regressing desktop
- Check the fix across iOS Safari, Chrome and Android
- Re-test the templates either side of the change
Not included
- A full responsive redesign of the theme
- Templates you have not named — each additional one is quoted
Anything on the right is still something we do — it is simply a separate task, quoted separately, so this one keeps a fixed scope and a fixed price.
When it is done, you will have
- 1The change live on your store, published only after you approve it
- 2A clean diff you are welcome to read
- 3A short written note covering what changed and why
Before we start, we will need
- Collaborator access to your Shopify admin
- A sentence or a screenshot describing what you want
Questions people ask first
How many pages does this cover?
The templates you name when you brief it — usually one or two, for example the product page and the cart. If the same fault turns out to affect every template because it sits in a shared snippet, that is still one task and we will say so.
I do not know which breakpoint is broken.
Send a screenshot and the device, and we will find it. Identifying the breakpoint is part of the job, not something you have to work out first.
