Recharge setup
Subscription revenue lives or dies on the two screens most setups neglect: the widget where the shopper chooses a plan, and the portal where they later change it. We set up both properly rather than leaving the defaults in place.
What’s included
- Configure subscription plans, frequencies and discounts
- Style the PDP widget so it matches your theme rather than the vendor's
- Style the customer portal so managing a subscription is not a jarring handoff
- Test the full path: subscribe, change frequency, skip, cancel
Not included
- Recharge subscription fees
- Migrating existing subscribers from another platform
- Dunning or retention strategy
Anything on the right is still something we do — it is simply a separate task, quoted separately, so this one keeps a fixed scope and a fixed price.
When it is done, you will have
- 1The change live on your store, published only after you approve it
- 2A clean diff you are welcome to read
- 3A short written note covering what changed and why
Before we start, we will need
- Collaborator access to your Shopify admin
- A sentence or a screenshot describing what you want
Questions people ask first
Can customers change their own delivery dates?
Yes — that is what the portal is for, and getting it styled and usable is a large part of why this is a larger task. Every self-service change is a support ticket you do not have to answer.
Will it work with my existing discounts?
Usually, but subscription discounts and cart discounts can interact badly. We test the combinations you actually run and tell you where they conflict.
